Tickets
For each access ticket sold we will provide a complimentary carer ticket (not including Premium tickets & packages).
Access tickets cannot currently be booked online. Please contact the team at [email protected] for further information on the show and venue, and to book your tickets.
Please book your tickets no later than 48 hours in advance, and provide as much information regarding your access requirements as you feel comfortable sharing, to ensure that we can provide adequate support and make your visit to Wonderland as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.
Visual Impairments
Wonderland is a multi-sensory treat for visitors with visual impairments. For more information on touch tours and audio described performances, please contact [email protected].
For your safety, we may require a carer to accompany you through Wonderland (with a complimentary ticket).
Wheelchair Users & Guests with Limited Mobility
Wonderland is accessible to both wheelchair users and those with limited mobility. However due to the limitations of the building, wheelchair places will be limited to one guest per performance, subject to availability.
For guests with limited mobility, there will be limited seating at the venue and you will be standing for the majority of the experience, so please do bring any accessories you may need to help with this.
Please note there are doors in the show with a width of 731mm. If your wheelchair/accessories are too wide to pass though, and you are able to transfer to a manual wheelchair for the show, please mention that you wish to do so at the point of booking. Please be aware there is a ramp incline in the show of 1 in 6.

D/deaf and Hard-of-hearing
D/deaf or hard-of-hearing guests will have a rich and rewarding experience in the multi-sensory environments throughout Wonderland.

ALICE’S ADVENTURES UNDERGROUND is a unique school trip for KS3+ students studying Drama, English and Design subjects.
School groups of 10+ can take advantage of our exclusive school rate for our 5:45pm slot or a Thursday matinee – £25 per student plus 1 free teacher ticket for every 10 purchased*.
